Nancy Gammel has come to JAJ after working in the district for 26 years. While working for the district she all so worked at Minnesota Minority Education Partnership as a consultant. She has attended St. Thomas, Hamline University, and Inver Hills.

When Nancy is not at work she enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren. She enjoys gardening, traveling, making candy and baking for all holidays. Nancy enjoys trying foods from different cultures, if they are not to spicy.

Nancy grew up in Silver Bay right on Lake Superior.

She has found the staff at JAJ very caring and welcoming and hopes to communicate with families at JAJ to increase their involvement at JAJ.
